The Hydrangea leaf plate is really gorgeous. It arrived very promptly and was extremely well packaged. Would definitely buy from this company again. Lovely shop in Harrogate too which is where we first found them.

I received four cups that were ordered and when they arrived they looked fantastic. However, unfortunately one of them was broken on arrival. I contacted customer service to make them aware of the issue and they responded very promptly, apologised profusely and rectified the issue expediently. I received a well packaged replacement within 48 hours!! I am very pleased, not only with the item itself, but also the excellent customer service overall.

I have just received my British Hare double oven gloves, they came really quickly and were well packaged. They are beautifully made and beautifully designed - they make me smile every time I look at them.
